How can I register for a course when I get the massage that I can't register for a course online? |

How do I print my certificate? |

- Click on Certificate.
- A pop-up window with your certificate in it will appear.
- Under the File Menu, Page SetUp
- Set Page Margins to 0.5 for all 4 margins
- Select 'Landscape'
- Hit Ok
- Select print

What is my user name? |
| | Your user name is the same as the one you use to log into the Fairport network. This is usually your first initial and your last name. mconnery, ddunn, wcala. |

How is my worksite chosen? |
| | Worksite is defined as the building in which the participant spends most of his/her day or starts the day. |

My Internet Session 'froze up' and I can't do anything. |

Your Cookies may be full.
To fix it
Go to the Internet Explorer Browser window, Tools Menu
Choose Internet Options
In the middle of the pop-up window, Temporary Internet files, box 'Delete Cookies'
Click on ' Delete Cookies”
Click on “OK” for the little pop-up box
Click on “OK” for the big pop-up box
All done!
